Frank Kelley says, "we have had the bear guards with us all season. I usually give them grief for just sitting around all the time. The tracks on the beach showed me that there really is a need for someone to keep an eye out for polar bears. I would enjoy seeing one, but not if it means the bear needs to be shot." Barrow, Alaska.
