The photo cell determines how much light passes through the flask (y-axis values). The value climbs as the solution gets clearer, and when the data levels off (as you can see in the top left of the graph), a dissolved oxygen level is calculated (x-axis values.) Aboard the USCGC Healy in the Canada Basin. 74.95°, -150.23°.
