Details

The concentrated polonium samples are placed in small Teflon beakers, which are left on stirring plates for about 20 hours to give time for the polonium to electroplate onto the silver planchets in each beaker. Aboard the USCGC Healy in the Canada Basin. 74.95°, -150.23°.
