Tim Spuck: "Gil, Bob, and I moved a total of 25 fuel barrels (about 450 pounds each) to safety. Add that to the other 12 barrels we had on site and it ends up we we have about $40,000 of fuel at the AGO #2 site. Fuel is very expensive here in Antarctica." Automatic Geophysical Observatory (AGO) #2 Site on the East Antarctic Plateau.
