Details

This is a syringe attached to a grounded lysimeter. The syringe pulls water out of the ground. It can take minutes or hours to fill the 10ml syringe depending how much water is in the ground. At the Barrow Environmental Observatory (BEO) field site near Barrow, Alaska.
