Details

After nearly 100 years, the cold dry climate has preserved the carcasses of sheep that were brought to Scott’s Discover Hut as part of the food supply. You can also see the skeletons of Emperor Penguins that the early polar explorers killed and ate. Near McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
