NOAA team member Amy Cox inside the Clean Air Sector outside the Atmospheric Research Observatory building. She is holding her breath while running to the CO2 bottle field case that is collecting air into the bottles. Holding the breath is important, so that the respiration CO2 will not interfere with the air collection. The Clean Air Sector has the cleanest air on earth and is used as the control. No plane is allowed to fly over this area and no one is allowed to enter this are without permission. In the background is the ARO building. The bottles are then shipped to the NOAA lab in Boulder, Colorado.
